Farewell to Colorado

 

Today's the day we flew to New York.

The kids were such troopers! It was an early day that started at 4am.

 

The Philadelphia Airport have some awesome indoor playgrounds for kids.

They really had fun being able to run around and do what ever they wanted.

Last Day of School

 

Dan & I attended the "last day of school party" today with Danny.

He really enjoyed having us there with him.

 

It was hard having to say goodbye to his best friend Sam - again!

Luckily we have FaceTime and they can keep in touch.

Funny Story - Sydney

Sydney: "Papa, I like kissing boys!"

Papa (shocked): "Oh yea? I'm a boy! Do you like kissing me?"

Sydney: "NO!!! I meant the dogs!!"

LOL She's hilarious!!!

Headed Back to Colorado

 

 

The airport here is VERY small. Those working the counter getting me checked in were also the same ones working security and at the boarding gate. LOL!!

 

I had a layover in Dallas for several hours so I found some awesome stores they have in the airport. I bought the boys a Gas Monkey Garage t-shirt.

And found everyone something awesome from the Dallas Cowboys store.

 

 

I found an awesome Mongolian Grill restaurant. Even better was finding a table next to an outlet, so I could charge my phone. YAY!!

 

I love this view! Seeing these mountains gives me so much peace.

 This truly is HOME!

Moving In

 

Since our household stuff was already here, they were able to deliver it to us the day after we got the house. YAY!!

 

Everything is kind of a mess right now.

 

I worked REALLY hard to get the kids rooms all put together before I have to return to Colorado.

That way, once we all make it back here, the kids will have a box-free room they can live in.

House Hunting

 

After several days of looking, we have finally found a place to live.

 

Huge backyard with a playground set for the kids to play on.

 

 

Nice open kitchen area.

 

Big living room with a HUGE fireplace.
