Sydney was asking if she could watch one more episode of My Little Pony, so I told her we'd make a deal. I'd let her watch one more episode and then she had to work on her alphabets & numbers with me. She agreed and then I told her we had to shake on it. So, she began shaking her whole body. LOL She then asked why I wasn't shaking and just laughing!! SO cute!! I love my kids!

Snowboarding
The boys went night boarding this week.
There is a resort fairly close that is 800 Yen for 2 hours. It's perfect for Danny since he's still learning and doesn't make it a full day of snowboarding.
Danny had SO much fun hanging out with his dad.

Koiwai Snow Festival
This weekend we went to the Snow Festival.
It was really cool. They had all kinds of snow sculptures and activities to do.

We had a lot of fun riding on these "sleds" that were pulled behind a snowmobile.
They had some igloos where you could go inside and eat dinner. We were going to try it because it looked really cool. But we were required to take our boots off, and we just didn't want to do that. It was too COLD to take our boots off and eat dinner.
When the sun went down the sculptures were lite up. It was gorgeous!!!

To end the night, they had fireworks.
My family thought it would be fun to lay down on the ice to watch it all.
Lots of shops and vendors to grab something to eat.
Sydney was so worn out that she fell asleep like this on the bus ride back.
